Wear good hiking shoes and bring some good aqua shoes to walk through the tunnel. The water was running so fast, it seemed like a foot massage. Went last august 2011 really enjoyed it took over an hour on moped to find it but well worth it. We arrived at Seven Springs very early, so there weren’t many people around.
